All products are digital and delivered via Gumroad, Amazon, or direct download. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or create derivative products for resale without written permission. All content, including the SoloPreneurOS revenue intelligence system, templates, and LFG Wonderlab videos, remains the intellectual property of Leal Family Group LLC.
SoloPreneurOS is built around a “$0-Stack” model using free-tier tools where possible. Token-based platforms, automated report generators, and social APIs may incur usage costs. We track and report these costs to calculate true net margins, but you are responsible for your own third-party expenses. Earnings examples ($5,250.50 referenced in product description) are illustrative of our own results and not a guarantee.
Payments are processed by Gumroad and Amazon. Prices are in USD. Due to the instant digital nature of products, refunds are generally not provided once files are accessed, except where required by law or at our sole discretion within 7 days for defective files. You agree not to misuse our systems, attempt to reverse engineer SoloPreneurOS dashboards, or use our content for spam, harassment, or unlawful activity. API integrations with social platforms must comply with those platforms' terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leal Family Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
