LFG CreativeWorks is a division of Leal Family Group LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our associated software products, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

We keep this simple on purpose: we collect as little as possible, and we do not sell your information.

Information We Collect

We collect information in only two circumstances:

• Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form on this site, you provide your name, your email address, and the message or idea you choose to share. These are transmitted to us by email through the third-party service FormSubmit to author@lfgcreativeworks.com.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records routine technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This is standard practice for web hosting and is used for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Social Media Account Data

LFG CreativeWorks operates internal analytics tools that connect to social media platform APIs, including TikTok, in order to measure the performance of our own accounts and our own published content.

When such a connection is authorized, the data retrieved may include:

• Public profile information for the connected account, such as display name, avatar, and follower count
• Metadata and performance metrics for content published by that account, such as view, like, comment, and share counts

This applies only to accounts that we own and have explicitly authorized. We do not collect, request, or store data belonging to other users' accounts. This information is used solely for internal performance measurement, is stored locally, and is never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties.

Authorization can be revoked at any time through the relevant platform's settings, which immediately ends our access.

Data Sharing

Data Retention

Contact form messages are retained in our email records at author@lfgcreativeworks.com for as long as needed to address your enquiry and maintain our business records. Analytics data relating to our own accounts is retained for as long as it remains useful for performance measurement.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Send the request to author@lfgcreativeworks.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Children's Privacy

Our website and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes
